Step 1: Personality test
- 1 hour test that asks behavior questions
- Questions include: Teamwork, leadership and how to handle certain situations/barriers
Step2: Manager interview
- General questions such as:
1. Why audit
2. Describe a situation where you have to work as a team
3. Describe any leadership experience
4. Why do you suit Deloitte
5. Why Deloitte
Step 3: Partner interview
- Asked current issues that involved accounting frauds
- Just getting to know you
- Asked personal questions, nothing too detailed

Have you read/heard any news recently concerning accounting frauds? Both internationally and locally?
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
