For entry level, at cyber, telecom and network area. 3 interviews, before the first i had to do a English test, a Java and SQL multiple questions test, and the last one an IQ test. First interview, with HR, simple, to know me, my path, what i've been done and the the company works. Second interview with a Team Manager, where it explains me the company and how the teams work in a more technical way, the types of team they have, project he had participate, also ask me about my path, what i want for the future. Thrid interview, in person, with the Partner, that was more focus in seeing if i'm the right person to be part of a Consultant company, the type of person that i am, what i want to be, and the challenges that i will have in the future if i get in, to see if i'm ready.

I was directly contacted by HR because I was from a target school in Lisbon (IST). I had a small interview with a very friendly person from HR and it was very chill. She explained the process and asked normal questions (personality, projects, hobbies). For the final stage, they organised a big event in their office with everyone that passed through (~200). They divided us into teams of ~5 and we had a small project that we had to work on and do a small final pitch. At the end of the day, there was a final interview with a partner. The questions were still personal but a little more complicated.
