I was asked to complete four rounds of phone call interviews over the course of one week for Deloitte Digital for a federally funded project in California. The recruiter and the hiring manager were not friendly and very demanding of my time, despite my gentle polite manners, accommodations, and sacrifices to my own full time work schedule and family visit that they interrupted by absolutely needing to talk to me within two days. After four hours of dedication to their super important needs, I was ghosted. It’s been one year and three months. Absolutely not a place I’d ever consider applying to again.
