The interview process is pretty fast. One back-to-back interview. I interviewed on Friday and got the offer call by the following Wednesday. First round was the director and second was the partner
After clearing the Versant Communication Test, candidates advance to three interview stages: HR screening, Technical evaluation of role-specific skills, and a Managerial round assessing decision-making, experience, and cultural fit alignment.
