Smooth, very professional, and straight to the point. Interviewer really had interest for interviewee's success as to put which position for the interviewee. Questions allowed, and thorough answer. Very helpful for new recruits.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.
