The recruitment process only involved one interview with the HR team, and it felt quite straightforward and manageable overall. The questions were mostly about background, previous experience, and general motivation. I received the result within a few hours on the same day. The whole session lasted around 40 minutes and felt more like a structured conversation rather than an intense interrogation.

Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

What about this team interests you?
Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
