Entrevista
The recruitment process consisted of three stages. The first stage involved online tests: analytical reasoning, English proficiency, and reading comprehension. The second stage was an interview with a recruiter to discuss general experience and expectations. The final stage was an interview with the team manager, focused on experience related to the position I was applying for. The last interview lasted about one hour.
Overall, I found the recruitment process to be clear and transparent. Communication was smooth and quick throughout.

Why you applied for this position and what motivates you at work?
The interview process was great. Spoke with two managers and was referred and selected. It took about 30 days for the finalizing and onboarding. Everyone was very nice and personable. This company is highly recommend.
