The process starts with the HR giving more intel about the position and you telling about yourself and your carrier. After this stage, the next two interviews will be technical, where the interviewers try to understand the background you have and out of it asking questions that can easily tell the knowledge level. After that, it might happen to have another interview with the project manager or department director with the focus on understanding if you are a right fit in the team/department cultural-wise. The final part is the feedback where you might get the good news that you are selected (as in my case :) ) and get the job offer.

Hiring process is too smooth
1) Hr round : 30 mins she will discuss about relocation and expected salary and introduce delivery hero and listens all your queries
2) technical round : 1 hr colleagues will interview you. Mostly they concentrate on logics ur way of thinking / current role / some technical questions for the same position live coding
3) technical round with senior systems engineer: 1hr live coding on how to think / technical questions / great interaction
4) bar raiser: 1 hr with director of systems engineering . Highly technical . Ask technical questions and understands you well what u explain. Live coding : here again main concentration on how u think

First interview with HR. Second one was the first technical interview which I passed.Person who asks questions was a very kind. After I passed HR scheduled second tech. interview. And postpone the second technical interview 3 times. After a month never got any information about the process then I asked them what is our current situation in the process. HR scheduled meeting again and did not show up to meeting without saying anything.
