first round was easy, if you speak well you can make through it
coming to second round the apptitude questions were easy if you even know some basic maths
third was I would say it will be depended on the interviwer, he mainly check your behaviour, confidence, and ask some questions based on the resume

Many steps with many different types of employees, from teammates to managers. There are definitely way more rounds than there needs to be, it felt almost endless at one point.
