The phone screen was very quick and straight forward. They quickly went over my resume. The next interview had more to do with current events and there were very few questions about personality or character. The interviewer asked very deep questions to test understanding of the news. The second interview seemed very subjective.

Had a first interview which went really well, then had a test which went great too, then had an interview with a Senior Director and the interview went really well and I had all the skills required but I was rejected. I was very confused and asked for feedback but never received any. Impossible to get in touch with anyone and the only person who would assist referred me to the HR person who never answered my request. Would recommend that the company and the people they hire put more effort into answering emails and providing a way to communicate with the people who interviewed you.
