A mix of face to face and Skype/phone interviews over a period of a few weeks. It was great to be able to speak to so many people across the company and gain real insight to the working environment. There was great communication about what was happening next and the company was very flexible in when they were able to hold phone interviews. An enjoyable and informative process.
