A friend referred me.
The interview process took ~6 weeks.
Which included several interviews with a recruiter, a developer and two directors.
The one technical interview was very weird - it was followed by another interview with a director.
After the last interview I haven't heard from them for two weeks - and after following up I was told "right now the technologies you are working with are the not the ones we will be using in our project, thus we will not be continuing with the interview process".
Which is weird, because my resume and experience was clear from the beginning and was discussed in each and every interview.
So basically, they just wasted my time.
I had my interview with Dailymotion Paris. The whole process took two weeks. Had one HR screening and two technical interviews that were fairly easy, I’ve received positive feedback for each round after less than one hour. Then, the recruiter told me explicitly that they would like to close the deal next week after my interview with VP. I had the interview with VP, it was a chill conversation. After the final interview I got ghosted. I can’t say why. Long story short they wasted my time. Big question mark on the company and their work ethics but I’m glad this didn’t move forward.
