Recruiter contacted via Text message to set up phone interview. Phone interview was very informal. Explained the process would be a slideshow talking about your 30-60-90 day plan as a supervisor. 3 other managers sitting at a panel. Recruiter wanted me to come in the following Monday. Said I couldn’t make that time, never heard back for rescheduling.
