Interview was with two members of staff, manager and supervisor. Only one round in the application stage which is quite common for retail I believe.

Consisted of two rounds of interviews. one over the phone and another over zoom style. It was a friendly interview process where I was made to feel comfortable and a nice style of interview too.

Easy, relaxed environment. Instantly made to feel at ease straight away. Asked some questions about me, my work history and what my knowledge was on the company. There was also a role play segment which was out of my depth.

Very laid back, seems to only want typical correct answers. Asking very generic interview questions, I assume to tick boxes, very rehearsed. Offered me a job at end of interview to which I accepted, pretty simple process.
