Most of the jobs I looked for require 4+ hours of testing to even be considered for a position, most of which is driven by time consuming tests, and the dumbest AI interviewer I have had the displeasure of working with, as it forgets previous answers or gets on a tangent of unanswerable questions always asking for more detail even if you answer "refer to my prior answer" or "I have no experience with [Process], but I have experience with [Another similar process]". There were multiple times where the AI Interviewer refuses to start and you watch the "I'm thinking" three dots for an hour, unable to type or end the interview early to try again. The AI must be learning from real recruiters as it ghosted me during an interview.
