Got an email saying my resume was approved after initial screen and online test is next step. The next step was a form stating 60 minutes of online test. This was supposed to be a Java concerning questions - 60 minutes, on clicking the link was a 30 minute test, 20 questions. Most questions asked were of random nature, not pertaining to Job Description. There were .NET questions in the quiz, some Math questions, some analytical reasoning, AKA GRE exam questions - barely any Java questions, and more to do with coding than Managing the real world Manager jobs. The whole format had a feel of a newbie setting exam.
