They start with an aptitude test which is impossible to pass without cheating. It's 50 questions in 15 minutes, no calculator. I scored in the top 85% but they are only hiring people who score 100% - so....people who code a bot to do it I guess? Clearly they don't actually care about the skills and fit of the individual.

Lengthy. You have to continue the application on their site, watch multiple videos and take 15 minute tests just to apply. The questions are super basic. Almost arbitrary to the position.
