      I have to do a very complex excercise which involved coding a very complex program using MongoDB. I had to complete everything in a couple of hours and under pressure.

      Awful. WTF do these people think--that they can crowd source and troll for free ideas via the interview process! How dare they try to consume my time for their benefit and not pay me my due wage. Drop them faster than a hot roasted Delta Burke in the steaming sun. This company is something else (and I don't mean the good something else either). Keep moving, there's nothing to see here.

      Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you felt that we were trolling you for free ideas, which is not the case. These tests, while intensive, are designed to produce top candidates for our hiring managers to review and interview. We work with Fortune 1000 companies all over the country who expect talent to hit the road running and we can only provide that talent if we have found the best of the best. Our test, while more intensive, is no different than any testing that is done to ensure that folks have the skills that they claim to have. If we took everyone's word for it, we would be wasting a lot of time. Given an opportunity to complete and pass the testing, and provided the hiring manager felt you were a good fit, your due wage would have been no problem as we pride ourselves on paying higher than average wages. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our process, we welcome them as we are always striving for continual improvement.
