Entrevista
30-45 minute phone interview 2weeks later I had a face to face interview with a panel of 5 people interview lasted about 2 hours but not before they make you sit in a room and explain what Craigslist is catch is you can't use the internet or spell check then at the end was handed 6 pieces of paper and was asked to put them in a pile of 3 no other instructions. Interview questions were repetitive except each person would switch up the way the questions were asked.

I applied online and was contacted within a week. Most of the questions were about my background, scams and phishing. The lady was quite polite, but asked open ended questions without a follow up. As someone who's done a fair bit of hiring, i tire of employers asking questions that can go anywhere and not having any follow up questions when they do. as with any offer not received, its' easy to read more responsibility into the other party than your own. So, perhaps it was my fault for being too open about my holiday of choice (i'm a burner), or that I could describe phishing, but blanked on the name. Ya never know what's gonna get you. overall pleasant experience and not terribly drawn out.

One screening phone call with HR, one 30-minute telephone interview, one 1.5-2-hour in-person interview with prospective boss and coworkers, a final interview with HR and prospective boss.
HR department was top notch - at each step of the process, they take special care not to leave a prospective applicant hanging for more than a week. And they never failed to respond promptly and courteously to my email inquiries.
User Operations team seemed like they would have been awesome to work with.
I didn't make it to the final interview.
