I got an initial call from the HR followed by two technical interviews and two managerial. Technical rounds were mostly around Javascript and React, with basic problem solving with array problems. Managerial rounds involved non technical questions to check the cultural fit. However, the interviews were not scheduled in proper order, after the first technical I had a managerial and after that again I had one technical round. After the second technical round I was ghosted for two weeks. I got a call after two weeks telling me that they want to schedule one more round with the manager, they had actually lost the track that I already had that interview. The HRs were not coordinated with each other. I agreed to appear again and had an informal chat with manager. I was yet again ghosted after that. I had told them to make things quicker as I had kept another recruiter awaited for my response. I found the complete ordeal unprofessional and unorganised. Wouldn't recommend.

Applied via LinkedIn. Got a call within a couple of days of applying. Got an assignment to create an app and then 10 days after the submission, a technical round was scheduled with one of the managers which went well and there after the HR ghosted for 15 days. A new interview round was scheduled with a senior engineer who was not aware if I had already submitted an assignment and already had a round of discussion with a manager. Next round was scheduled with a senior developer from the US office which went well too. It was an online coding + technical discussion round. The HR then scheduled another round with one of the guys leading a vertical. It was a technical discussion which again went well. And as expected the HR ghosted again. Upon enquiring the status of candidature, they promised to get back to me in sometime and that never happened. It was a pure waste of time and energy. Apparently they ghosted on one of my friends too.
