I had a call with the recruiter who thought I was great fit, talked about salary, the job and general screening, then I got invited to an interview the the hiring manager which went well apparently, then I went to the tech interview where they ask me to do system design, which seemed really well and the interviewers appeared happy with it. Then they became radio silent, I contacted their internal recruiter who promised to chase back as someone apparently got sick after my interview and basically got ghosted after that. It's very disappointing they don't even bother sending an email letting me know or giving me any feedback.
