Although lots of preparation materials and resources were provided, the interviews were very rigid. There was no room for "get-to-know-you" conversations, and I had literally only 2 minutes to ask a substantive question and get an answer.
The interviewers came across as very disinterested and sometimes even inconvenienced by the interview.
When turning me down for the job, before I could even ask for feedback, I was given unsolicited, unactionable feedback.
Overall, it was a very cold and impersonal experience. They could attract much better talent by remembering there's a human behind the resume.
