Went through 4 interviews including the initial recruiter interview. This was during the height of the pandemic so all were via phone/zoom which is great because if you don't get a job you arent wasting time commuting. Keep in mind every interview & job onboarding process is different.
Went through two rounds of interviews and was completely ghosted afterward — no follow-up, no update, nothing. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience that showed a lack of respect for my time, effort, and interest.
