The interview and hiring process was very short. There was a face-to-face interview and a phone call to follow. The questions were not too complex, but not too vague; it was more of an intellectual conversation, which was great. The interview questions were based around the store's overall goals and to generate successful sales.

I got a group interview and the process was very easy. I brought an extra copy of my resume and wore business formal. Employees and hiring manager were very friendly! Interview consisted of basic questions. (availability,experience etc)
