Applied for role & I got invited to an interview at the office with the hiring manager & someone from HR. It was basic competency based interview questions.
I got a second interview and I was sent home to create a presentation, this was regarding inproving service level targets.
I presented to the hiring Manager and one of her team.
Feedback was that they would have liked to have seen more data driven results rather than process change recommendations, but the data Inwas given was missing key components. Eg, how to answer more calls, i was givent AHT but not given any shrinkage/productive/logged in hours to measure when this is a key part if performance.
I was offered the role, but I already knew the role seemed too junior for me, and the non flexibility of working hours and data errors were off putting. I was offered a Real Time Manager role very shortly after so was right in my understanding that the role was junior.
The hiring team / manager were very kind and professional though.
