I started with some very high level casual discussions to gauge a fit and role before jumping right into 'official' interviews which I thought was great. Once I knew I wanted to proceed with the role, then Lefan (Head if Global Talent) and Rich (CEO) were very communicative throughout the entire process keeping me informed via email, text and calls. Interviews with the team were great as well, though the different Zoom interview links all bunched together on one invite got me confused once or twice. Overall great experience and felt tailored to a unique circumstance in my case. It went well!

Entrevista
7 calls including the internal recruitment team, direct manager, direct reports, peer director, CTO, Product and Data. All between 30 and 60 minutes. There was no technical interview as the leadership roles are very people and process oriented. Scheduling for the interviews were taken care of from the US, it went smoothly and conveniently. I had other offers and needed to complete the process in a few days and they made the effort to accommodate which I appreciate a lot since they ended up being the best choice.
