Approached by recruiter first; had phone screen with them, then hiring manager 1 on 1, then operations director 1 on 1, and lastly an hour long demo with two others. It felt like there was a real disconnect between the demo instructions and what the panel was looking for. I was getting a lot of specific questions on things that weren't even mentioned in the instructions. Putting hours into that just to feel blindsided was kind of a bummer and trying to sound like an expert in a product you've literally never used until a few days prior shouldn't be the expectation. Good experience otherwise and I did like everyone for whatever that's worth.

Four stages:
Tech recruiter Call, which included my background and understanding where I was coming from and why I was interested I head hunted.
Hiring manager stage: want to understand my background my technical ability my ability to consult on the fly understand discovery api and webhooks
Next round was a task with a peer: hiring manager joined was two tasks one to describe their product and their strategy and another to map the CRM to try to be and I understand that had to create a presentation was asked a lot of questions
Final round would’ve been senior director or a senior manager and then would’ve been offered
