De sollicitatieprocedure ging snel en soepel. Het was duidelijk wat ik kon verwachten.
Het begon met een test via TestGorilla. Er waren veel vragen, maar het was goed te doen. Helaas was er een tijdslimiet, dus voor elke 10 vragen bijvoorbeeld had je slechts 10 minuten. Ik ben heel perfectionistisch en niet zo snel met testen, omdat ik altijd mijn tijd wil nemen om het serieus te doen. Doordat er een tijdslimiet was, voelde ik dat ik het toch beter had kunnen doen, en dat is jammer.
Daarnaast moest mijn webcam aan. Dit voelde niet prettig, omdat er om de 10 seconden een foto van mij werd gemaakt i.v.m. anti-cheating measures. Dat is begrijpelijk, maar dit voelt niet echt comfortabel.
Na de test waren er nog 3 gesprekken. Ik heb deze als prettig ervaren, omdat ik op mijn gemak was.

First I had a brief screening interview with the recruiter. Finally, an interview with a team leader. The recruiter was very friendly and helpful and guided me through the whole process smoothly. The recruiter was just as nice. I already have a good feeling about the culture in the company and its people.
