I applied online, a recruiter came back to me informing me of the steps of the interview, the first one is a small task I have to complete in 20 minutes, it's a small code review. I completed it the same day in about 1 hour. It took 3 weeks for them to review this small exercise and was provided with not very useful feedback. In the meanwhile the recruiter I asked for feedback was complaining that they were too few recruiters and had a lot of candidates asking for feedback... Very negative experience.
