The process began with a phone screen. It was mainly to determine if I had the required skills and experience. I was invited for a face-to-face interview. First, I was asked to take a written skills assessment test. After completing the test, I met individually with several members of the team. It was a mix of technical questions and personality questions. Most of the people I talked were friendly. Only one was unfriendly. I didn't receive an offer, but it was probably a good thing. I don't think I would've fit into their culture.
