The HR team initially contacted me to discuss a potential opportunity that matched my current job profile. After evaluating the role, I found it suitable and expressed my interest in proceeding further. Based on this, an interview was scheduled.
The interview was conducted on the agreed date, and the process went smoothly. The following day, I was informed of the positive outcome. Subsequently, the onboarding process was initiated, and the necessary steps were communicated to me to complete the joining formalities.

This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
