I applied for PHP developer in Capgemini..after approximately 1 month sept 2024.. Recieved call from Hr about L1 first round of interview.. interview was quite good questions were okay..after 2-3 days received call from another HR about available time for second round of interview L2 and received interview invitation on mail ..so I prepared for interview about 2 days and ready for the interview before 30 mins of interview received call from same HR that panel is not available we are rescheduling your interview.. but didn't receive any updated invitation link..after 4-5 days I mailed HR for update but no response then call HR not received call after that I call HR who contacted me for L1 round..then she said "we have already told you that we can move forward your application as you have 90 days of notice period" I replied but I didn't get any response like that.. then she replied call or take follow up from person who send 2nd invitation..but he is not receiving my calls. Very bad experience of interview..also after first round of interview the person who tooky interview call me on personal number and asked questions related to technical and some here and there how will you travel and all and ask me to save his number pn my phone. Very bad experience and same happened with me in 2022 for AEM developer interview..they just took first round and then ask for documents and then no response.

There were 2 rounds of interview . First was technical virtual round and second was HR round. Technical round was about 30 to 40 minutes max. Unfortunately couldn't clear the round.
