Interview Process Contains 3 Rounds
1. Technical Interview
I have applied profile for .Net System Development. Project was related to creating application/software based on Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
Interview process was on .Net & some basic questions related to Windows Installer(MSI) technologies
2. Managerial Interview
This was just formalities and interviewed common questions of managerial rounds
3. HR Interview(Telephonic)
Salary discussion nothing much to mention

Entrevista
1.Technical interview - Telephonic
It went for an hour and I was testing in all the domain specific questions and few core concepts. Interviewer was happy about my answers and I made through HR round.
2.HR interview - Skype
It lasted for only 5 mins. Basic HR questions like, Why do you want to join our company? , Flexible for shifts? , Location preference, Package expectation etc.
After that I haven't got any updates from HR. Even I have sent some msgs to her mobile number. But in vain.
Atleast they should let the candidate know their status themselves through some online portal.
Overall interview experience was bad. No defined process. They were juggling with interview dates and modifying according to their convenience (Mon-Fri) only 10AM to 5PM.
