As the hiring process started , My profile has been shortlisted and in-person interview scheduled by panel mostly as resume based interview and job description . After interview completed got the call from HR in few days as selected for the position and to submit the required documents for background verification and onboarding .

Finally, I had a panel interview with team members where we discussed real-life scenarios and how I would approach them. The team was responsive throughout, and Overall, the process was clear, well-structured, and communication from the team was prompt and professional."

One thing they asked me was how I would use CATIA to design a structural component for an aircraft wing, ensuring both aerodynamic efficiency and manufacturability. They wanted to see how I apply my CAD skills in real aerospace design scenarios, especially considering constraints like material properties, weight, and safety standards.
They asked me how to design composite panels and pervious experience and explain about project and how to create fasteners in Catia V5.
