Was invited for phone interview after applying online. Interviewer very negative and monotonous - showed no effort to connect with the interviewee. Once you pass the telephone interview, you move straight to the assessment centre, understandably they make the telephone interview a bit difficult as a result. Telephone interview lasted 50 minutes.

In a development project which role would you assume?
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
Three step interview process. Recruiter and two solo interviews and one three round interview in one day. So be prepared to talk a lot about yourself and why you want to work at Capgemini
