I applied and received a reply from a Talent Acquisition Recruiter within two days. I had a virtual interview within a week. The recruiter asked me a few basic questions and then asked if I had any HR-related questions. She couldn't answer any of the questions.

The recruiter's question: What experience do you have with data analytics and research?
The recruiter asked for "HR-related questions". I asked for more clarification on benefits listed in the introductory PowerPoint they sent me. My questions were:
1. What is the standard paternity leave for the company?
2. Is vacation time accrued over time?
3. What is the salary range for the company?
Interview take place from resume. Whatever mentioned on Resume was asked. Projects mentioned especially Gen AI Projects, what models used, evaluation metrics used. What is FastAPI, PCA, experience with cloud deployments.

The overall interview process was smooth and hassle-free. All the interview questions were related to the hiring domain. The experience was up to the mark, and the panel was knowledgeable.
