Overall good process. There were 2 technical rounds which were quite upto the mark. There was officially no HR round. Recruitment team directly connected for document share and sent out the offer letter carrying a standard CTC without going into any negotiation. There was an additional English test for communication skill evaluation.
It went really well. Smooth and very organized. Communicative.
We are impressed with the fact that someone with entry-level experience has been progressing the project to the best level. How are you able to do this?

Interview process was good and called for interview after two weeks. Three rounds of interview, first by the peer level, next with practice head and followed by the HR interview

It was quite professional. I enjoyed the full process.
Question related to design, management and cases were quite interesting. The interviewer were knowledgeable and were fully professional. However i felt HR system can be more apt. In between there is lack of communication and sometimes it felt like they have forgotten you
