I applied through an employee referral, The process took around 3 months from Screening to release offer. 1st Round: Telephonic Round - Initial round screening with HR on Total experience, Salesforce experience, Vlocity experience, Salary, Role offered, Job description, Location After this Initial Screening Round, got a call from HR to schedule the Technical Round L1/2nd Round: Telephonic Round - Technical Round with Senior Consultant on Triggers, Vlocity and Apex After two weeks got a call from HR that I was selected for next round of Technical & Managerial Round and scheduled the Interview on LVIS (Video Call) with Project Manager L2/3rd Round: Technical & Managerial Round - Asked about Role and Responsibilities of my projects, Questions on Vlocity, Current Offered Role etc., After 2 weeks Got a Call from HR Saying that I have cleared all rounds of discussions and my profile was selected and had a conversation with Location and Package. Sent all documents to fill and Filled and sent her back. Finally after 45 Days got Offer letter by matching my expected Role and Package. So happy for this, In this COVID19 Pandemic situation Capgemini didn't stopped their hiring and went everything smooth but took too much time than usual hiring. Cheeerrrs!!

There were overall 4 Interviews. 1 Screening, 2 Technical, and 1 HR Round. Sent all documents to fill and Filled and sent her back. Also, HR asked to give one communication test of 30 mins/1hr which had Comprehension Passages and some English grammar-related questions. Finally, after a month got the Offer Letter.
