Interview process was quite comfortable HR was helpful...manager and other technical round was also comfortable.
There were three rounds for me technical round manager round senior manager round.
At the end HR round was there where my all salary and other Hike discussion happen.
In the senior manager round I was explain about the role and responsibilities.
Manager-level road I was asked some change management questions and the scenario I handle in my current organisation.
technical interview all sort of development questions related to servicenow all admin questions related to servicenow and the current projects I handle the scripting part the out of box feature every detail was asked.my technical interview was taken by Sai Kumar and he was quite comfortable asking me the questions he was explaining me the sea na use the answer what I was not knowing he was explaining me that also.

The interview was average. It included an exchange about our past experiences and some technical questions covering basic ServiceNow concepts. The HR part was conducted in both French and English to assess my motivation and interest in the position.
