First round was a phone call interview. Second round was a call up to the Chicago office. The interview process was a bit more 'fun' and less one on one interviews. We got into groups and had to come up with a solution based off a case. Personally really enjoyed the process
First round phone interview, second round in person case interview. Two additional informal interviews along with case. The case was fairly basic, revolving around a general technology solution for a fake company.
Pre-covid. Four hours, several one on one interviews, including case study. Interviewed by Managers, Senior Consultants, Directors. No follow up interviews or calls. Offer given within three days. Recruiters are helpful.

I met recruiters on campus at LSU followed by one on campus interview then they flew me to Houston for one day which consisted of 3 interviews with 3 senior consultants.
