There were a total of 4 stages. First was an online application with CV.
Second was to take a situational judgement test
Third was an Online Video assessment
Fourth was the assessment centre.

Why would I want to work for Capgemini and what skills would I bring to the company? Out of the candidates here today, who would you pick if you were the recruiter (won't affect the outcome of selection process)?
