The interview was on campus recruitment which was based on the Aptitude, Group Discussion and Personal and Technical Interview. Aptitude and Group discussion was mainly a tool to eliminate the candidates not specific to the job role that the company was offering. During interview it was a combination of personal, technical and stress tests.

Asked about the technical aspects of the telecommunications which was my undergraduate major mainly pertaining to the database.
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
