In my previous project, the client was using multiple unused SFTP connections and inactive user accounts in the MFT environment. I analyzed the usage reports and identified redundant connections and unnecessary storage consumption. I worked with the application and infrastructure teams to: Remove inactive accounts Decommission unused SFTP connections Archive old files from active storage Optimize server resource utilization As a result, we reduced storage costs and minimized license usage, which helped the client save operational expenses while improving performance and security
