Aricent has no systematic process for hiring senior management employees also. They are not at all transparent in their interactions and seem to mislead candidate in making them join the company. They make tall claims only to attract candidates. The actual situation in the company is pathetic with no defined process and senior management is wrost. Please do not join this company. It sucks BIG time.
