Telephonic interview followed by interview with BDM, which was followed by the interview with team manager. The company does not take the applicants very seriously. Initially the interview was planned with the team manager, but for some reason the BDM was present instead of her. Although the preferences were indicated during the initial nterview with HR, this was not taken in to consideration

Why are you looking for a new position? Is the growth you desiring is not possible in your current company?
After applying, I was contacted a few days later. The HR representative was quite friendly and presented me with a fairly interesting job. Unfortunately, after the first interview, there were no follow-ups and I was not contacted again.

Sencillo y agradable, el proceso ha sido fluido y agil. Aun no se me ha solicitado ningun documento mas alla que el Curriculum Vitae. Me preocupa un poco el metodo de trabajo una vez ya contratado
