Had a screening call with the head of marketing then a follow up assignment. Was overall a decent process, however, the assignment was coming up with a content marketing plan, putting together a presentation and presenting the idea via a recording all in under 2-3 hours. Seems unreasonable but that's how startups go, I guess.
