There was no hiring process for us. We were absorbed into CSC because the company that bought us outsouced the IT department. We were not even asked about our experience to see if we were being placed into the best job position for us. Even our introduction to the company was done via a phone conference and the people on the other end were unprofessional to the point of laughing when one person asked about a rumor he had heard that we could not be terminated for one year.
