Worst experience They tool 5 interview rounds and that too took 1 month and after that took 15 days more to share the offer break up.. after that when I completed by notice period in current organization, they reverted back and said that , they are not getting offer approvals, and you can go ahead with other offer. However , they made me to decline other offer before. I lost 3 opportunities like this. Poor decision making: They could not tell at the 11th hour also that they do not have approvals, however forced me to join on respective date since the interview process and I kept on negotiating with my current employer- and the joining could not happen. Piece of advise: Always Keep your other options ready if you have offer from CSC. do not rely on this company, they might not accept your joining on the committed date and may revoke your offer without informing you.
