The interview process wasn't overly difficult. There were competency based questions over the phone, then once this was passed I got invited to an assessment center with a written assignment and team based activities.
The phone interview was competency based and they gave you the structure in which to answer the questions. They wanted you to structure all of your answers in STAR format. This is Situation (was the situation), Task (What did you do), Action (How did you do it) and Result (what was the outcome). These were competency based questions.
I found the assessment center surprisingly easy, and here is a short run-through of the day. Prior to it starting we were all assembled outside of a room and few people were sociable. There were a few of us chatting and trying to engage people and this appeared to go down well. The HR representative was extremely friendly and helpful and gave the impression that he wanted everyone to pass.
For the assignment we had to write a press report on CSC. The press reports were based on several cases that might be typical to face at CSC. This included company analysis. In addition we were asked to write a tweet which would be used to publish the press report.
Throughout the day we were divided into two groups. One group had one on one interviews in the morning and the other in the afternoon. When you didn't have the interview you would have time to write the assignment. In addition, we had a role based assignment and a simulation of a resourcing task throughout the day.
We were told that lunch was not a test, however it became clear that the people present at the event would be the people assessing us in the group exercise and simulation after lunch.

Submitted a resume through a friend working at the company. After a few days I heard back from CSC and was scheduled for a call with the project lead. I spoke with the project lead for 30 minutes. A couple days later I was scheduled for another call the following week. I spoke with the integration lead for 30 minutes. After a few days, I received another call invite, during which I spoke with one of the top performing associates and the program manager for 30 minutes. After a few more days, I received an offer e-mail, which I accepted, and then began the background check and on-boarding process.
