The interview process took place over the phone, however it took six months to actually be hired. I was called by a recruiter I have worked with before. He submitted me and got me in front of the right people. I had to wait a very long time before getting a phone call. I had an interview with a Partner in the group. Once I was hired, it took a long time to do it yourself on boarding, which made it complicated. I did have to speak extensively with human resources and and answer a ton of questions.
